We are committed to delivering your DuoWears orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We currently offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

Delivery Times & Costs

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days. Flat rate of Rs. 200.
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days. Flat rate of Rs. 500.
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over Rs. 5,000.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to avoid any inconvenience.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return/Exchange

1. Contact our customer support team at support@duowears.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.
2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging.
3. Our courier partner will pick up the package from your address within 2-3 business days.
4. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
